weird as hell, but awesome at the same time? i mean, a workout of that can't be bad. today in bio we learned it's nothing more just a muscle.

 

So let me get this straight................She basically tells chicks to finger themselves in the third video to feel the muscles working...........................AWESOME!!!!!! I wonder how hard it is to get a 1 on 1 workout with her, or for that matter, where the other end of that string is attached to, lol!!

 

I thought this said INMATE gymnastics. I was surprised.
