New lowering springs+struts = constant clicking? Help..

Well, after we installed all the new struts and springs, I drove my car home, and back to work, and heard a clicking. The clicking sounds almost EXACTLY like riding up that first hill in a roller coaster. Im not sure what it is, it does it both in forward and reverse, just constant clicking. Im gonna take it back tomorrow morning and put it up on the car lift again and see if anything is rubbing, but Im really not sure what could be wrong. Anyone have something like this happen after they installed lowering springs and struts?

Could be anything from a wheel bearing to an axle popped out of place.
I would lift the car and support it properly then check:
contact between the wheel or tire and the strut body (wheel weights are common culprits)
wheel bearing (grab on top and bottom of tire and shake back and forth, it should have very close to zero play)
CV joints (check the boots for cracks/leaks and look for excess play when you have someone hold the opposite tire)
axles (ensure that they're fully inserted into the differential/transaxle housing)

My best guess would be something taping against the wheel, or cv axle! I once had the same thing happen, and it turnt out to be that one of my wheel weights was coming off and would hit my strut!

Well heres an update, and its something I wouldn't have even guessed. We put it up on jackstands and put it in drive (automatic tranny), and used a flathead screwdriver and listened for the noise, and it was coming from the 'transaxle' area. We took it into the dealer since I bought a extended warranty on it, and apparently the tranny was going bad, so Monday they put in a brand new transmission. That noise is gone! Now I can hear in the right rear a clunk whenever I go over smaller bumps, doesn't do it when there are more than two people in the car or alot of weight, I'm assuming the nut is loose?
that small clunk is the wheel either hitting the fender or the strut, its to be expected with a lowered car, its called rubbing. it usually happens to me when i go over a pothole, speedbump, or making a left turn. its my right wheel hitting my strut. my solution was a few small washers to extend out the wheel the tiniest bit from the brake drum, now less rubbing.
