Uploading pics

I like the look of the new Image Gallery, but it won't let me upload any pics. When I try and upload a picture, it says "Destination directory albums/userpics/10040/is not writable by the script"

Ok, give it a try now. I had to remove all the old user folders and put them back in. I forgot to chmod it properly.
