Me too, I mentioned this to somebody in the Shoutbox not too long ago, and they blamed IE.

It actually done it to me when the page loaded to post this.

any way of fixing this without getting rid of the ad?

the ad isnt too important to me but it might be to someone else, however, having to scroll though sometimes 40+ posts to get to the top of the thread gets annoying

if you have firefox you can get the adblocker extension. Removes all adds from pages. I don't see any adds on the forum when im on it

it happens at home (Firefox) but not at work (IE) for me.

Poll added to help better understand the problem.

+1... I have FF with AdBlock Plus and it doesn't happen to me. I don't see any ads or highlighted keywords on any site.

I added pricequotes.com to the blocked advertisers, google says it can take up to 4 hours to go through so I'll check beck later to see if it goes through.
