everytime i load a new page on the site it automatically goes to the bottom of the page, it pretty does it for every part of the forum i visit.

at first i thought it was my home computers, but when im at work it does the same thing, just wanted to put that out there to see if it does it to anyone else and maybe a forum tech could possibly find out the problem

Hmm, doesn't happen to me so i'm not quite sure what the problem is. Anyone else experiencing this? What browser are you using mwood?

Me too, on firefox and IE.

What the problem is is there is an ad at the bottom with drop down menus that it jumps to for some reason. I think because it's the last thing loaded on the page and one of the drop down menus is selected.

I got rid of it last night, and hadn't seen it again before I went to bed, by doing a hard refresh of the page I was on so it loaded a new ad.

Ahh yeah, if it's an ad stealing focus that could definitely happen.

Getting it again, damnit.

It's an ad for Pricequotes.com

+1 for me, I thought it was just firefox's issue, not a site problem. It's because the ad has the dropdown list for you to select make and model. It automatically jumps to that.
