Why does it say 9AM one place and 9PM on another? I figure it's 9PM, but I was wondering.

For the chat do I have to download anything or is it on AIM? :?:

It's on the sites chat module, look on the menu to the left on the main page. 9PM is correct, where dows it say AM at?
