CD player is a panasonic unit (can't get the number b/c I just let my gf borrow it). It has no scratches and has a 40 station memory for the radio. Let let you guys know what model it is once I get it back.

I'm sorry, but I will not sell the HD for $40. I just can't, its a Western Digital Caviar, not a cheapie white box HD. My price still stands.
