Quick update: Turbo parts are gone... Just the car, spare engine (22K miles), new tires, 4 good track tires, spare rims, spare head, spare 1.8l cam and new seats left now.

Asking $4,000 for all that or $3,500 for the car and spare rims (with used track tires) only.

 

how much for that gasket?...or did you sell with turbo stuff?

 

Yeah man, I'm giving it to the guy who's buying the turbo parts. He'll need it for the manifold. Of course, I haven't collected the $$ yet, so there's still a chance...
I'll let you know when the turbo stuff is "officially" gone. You can pick it up from Summit, btw.

Yeah, let me know if you plan on moving the date up. Of course, there's still a chance I have the car come Spring based on amount of inquiries I've had on the car since posting it for sale (locally and on other hyundai forums). I need to pay off a bunch of stuff so that's why I'm selling it and I've gotten only one serious offer locally... then the guy's wife wouldn't let him buy it. Someone's supposed to buy all the turbo parts next week and I've got people interested in the hankooks and the seats, but nothing else on the car. Also, I've since painted the rollcage black... here's a pic of that "in progress".

Oops, I have the car posted here, HP.com, NT.com, and a couple local forums so I forget which ones I've updated lol.

Here's some really crappy shots (my camera AND skills = teh suck), but you get the idea. The engine appears stock because only "undetectable" mods were done by the previous owner to stay in the SSC class. You get an idea of engine bay space saved by removing the A/C components and moving to a fal fan. Also, notice the MAP sensor behind the IM on the left. The MAF is there strictly for show lol.

 

Okay, I really need to get this sold ASAP so for THIS WEEK ONLY, I'll let the car + spares go for $3K flat. After Sunday, I won't take any lower than $3,250.

Since the guy backed out of buying the turbo parts, until Sunday you can have EVERYTHING minus the seats for $5K flat. Spare engine, spare head, car, turbo parts, new tires, spare tires, good set of racing tires, new set of metallic brake pads, and other little stuff that came with the car.
