By any chance, is this the 41 or 35mm flywheel?

coke21 01-06-2014 12:11 PM

35mm cmae off a tib motor...

SpoolinShark 01-06-2014 04:27 PM

My beta motor has the 41mm crank since it was pre-99. Did you have the adapter by any chance?

coke21 01-06-2014 10:34 PM

Yea my buddy has one ill have to ask him for it it came with his flywheel its brand new never used I think he still has it laying around

coke21 01-06-2014 10:38 PM

Either way it would work my buddy made a flywheel work he took a dremel and made the flywheel center a bit bigger and it work fine and if its the motor has the smaller diameter the the spacer is the way to go

coke21 01-06-2014 10:39 PM

U have the bigger diameter like the 1.8 motors??

SpoolinShark 01-07-2014 06:30 PM

Yes, Beta I motors that were produced from 97 - 7/99 had the 41mm crank. After that, they all used the 35mm crank.

coke21 01-10-2014 09:27 AM

U could open the diameter up a bit with a dremel me and my buddy have done this before... idk just a thought

faithofadragon 01-10-2014 09:45 AM

sounds like an easy way to throw it off balance

the adapter isnt expensive by any means its like $9 iirc
