Makes me sad to post this, but I'm not pursuing the 4th wheel.
Its been extremely difficult to find, and in all honesty, I've given up.
You will need one more +32 offset to complete the set.
I bought the 2 rears, then started sourcing the fronts. By the grace of God, I found a BRAND NEW BLUE BARREL +32 OFFSET. It was a display at a Volk Dealer in Tennessee.
It has a 3/4" long light scratch from the display stand, can be polished out easily.
It has the very rare "Fzero Blue" anodized inner barrel.
Up until I test fit it on my car, it had NEVER been on a car, nor had a tire on it.
The rear wheels (+38 offset) are in a 9/10 condition wise, and I have done some restoration work to make them shin. Only minor scuffs remain, which I am still working on.
These wheels were discontinued by Volk / Rays in 1998. They are extremely rare and hard to find.
The fitment is perfect for a Tibby who wants a clean setup. I was planning on running a 235/40/18 Hankook RS3 tire w/ rolled fenders, and coilovers. The idea was to have these on the track, but again, i've given up on the 4th wheel.
My price is firm. Don't like it... move on.
There are less than 4 known sets of these wheels left in the country, and other Fzero (there are 5 editions from 1997 - 2000) sell for $1,500 - $2,500 as complete sets, so I feel I'm priced accordingly.
Any questions, just ask.
(wheels have fingerprints on them, look dirty in cell phone pics.)
Will clean up / take better pics for serious buyers.

So since you failed to properly fill out your profile, I must ask - if someone wants to look at these in person or pick them up, where are you located? I'm guessing you're in Louisiana, and TibbyOH3 from Newtib?

Also, there seems to be a bit of a mix-up . . . the list of what is for sale says
(1) 18x8 +32 *Brand New from 1997!*
(2) 18x8 +38
And the text indicates to me
(2) 18x8 +32 *Brand New from 1997!*
(1) 18x8 +38
If you're asking a thousand bucks for an incomplete set of wheels, you might want to clarify the list or the text, whichever is wrong.
Unless I was dying for these wheels, I would walk based on those three things alone.

This took me 1/2 second to find with the Yahoo search engine.
complete set $900 (two rims are the +32 off set)

GLWS
^^^ exactly Stocker. The story seemed a little odd, why have/sell 3 rims, 2 matching, 1 not matching? I found them for sale online pretty quick, and while rare, not impossible to find????? Why not just complete the set and either sell them as a complete set or just use them yourself??
just sayin'?
** I don't mean to bash your sale, just wondering cause it seemed weird.

You'd need a 5x114.3 18x8 +32
Those (which I spoke to that guy) were 5x120 off a 3 series BMW.
I'm completely awae of how to use Google
To give you an idea of the rarity, I was in contact with ICB Motorsport, memoryFab, and Mackin Industries directly to find the one wheel.
No one has one, nor an idea where to get one. Its been discontinued over 12 years.
I deal a lot in rare parts, this ain't my first rodeo, won't be my last.
Besides, I'm not too keen on running 18's. The Tiburon I own is about to be completely redone for an HPDE 3 car, so these wheels will be useless to me anyways.
