<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (OdessitPashka)</div><div class='quotemain'>Just let me know which clear coat to use and where to get it from and we got a deal.</div>i think you can pick up a can of dupont at walmart for cheap. Just a small can. it dont matter what kind. Someone said to do that and the decal would be there for life of the clear coat so i wanna test that theory against a non-clear coat! Thanks all for helping me out.. tryin to branch out the business a little so i can do this full time!

im sure the local auto store should sell something like this also. But yea let me know. Im ganna takle my alarm this weekend if it stays warm like it is now. And hopefully if i can get around to it paint my calipers as well. So we can see what holds up the best with no discoloration. Also alex01tib & OdessitPashka if what we try doesnt work or the one works better than the other then ill replace the ones that didnt work.

I'm just not sure what exactly to ask for. Not every clear coat will be heat resistant, will it? Just get me a brand and I'll buy it.

Im not quite sure if the clear will withstand the heat or not. Im sure it will be fine though. Frog Juice is a good clear coat that they use on alot of different auto applications but i dont know where u can purchase locally. Redz got his online. Alex - yes i want yours to be without clear coat and odessit with clear if thats ok with yall. Or you can trade i just figured it be easier since odessit is painting calipers this weekend.

Odessit - Will do. Should get them made before the weekend. Gotta write a few Java programs and then ill get started!
