Guessing HKC will hop in this thread and express his love for Rally.

 

Rally takes courage and skill, but rally post 2003 just plain sucks. It's stupid now.



F1 was great in the 1990s-2006 when they still had V8s and refuelling. Now it's a little fake with the DRS zones, limited wings, and thinner tires.

I can't say one is more skilled than the other, but I feel that rally is more relevant. It at least based off road going cars, and its an easy sport to get into at a grass roots level.

it used to be. it was required. not anymore. i'm happy that unlike rally cars, at least Formula 1 cars have more or less remained the same instead of increasing width. i hope that never changes.
