I cant I don't know why my foot doesn't twist that way any idea's I'm trying to learn how to blip and up and downshift etc.

 

pretty do-able for me and my RD..i wear my old worn out shoes while i drive though.

 

My foot is big and the pedals are close, Mine is more like big toe/ball of foot and side of foot than a true heel toe. Works the same, but it took a bit of practice to make sure I was getting enough foot on the brake to keep it from having a hint of slipping and getting the throttle right, now its pretty easy.

 

You can't really think of it as "Heel" "Toe" its really using the Ball of your foot and the side of your foot. while coming up to a corner you start braking with the ball of your foot on the right edge of the brake, Engage the clutch & Downshift, blip the throttle with the side of your foot to rev match for the lower gear. Then release the clutch.



There are tutorials online of how to do it but nothing helps more than practice.
