Genesis Coupe versus WRX
 

Anybody go head to head yet with a WRX? How did you do? Win? Lose? Even race? I'm curious to hear about it.

any preference on year? also, assuming you're asking about the 2.0T genesis from your avatar.



i think on the highway the V6 would inch by an 08+ wrx. from a stop... c'mon...

the 2.0T gens are running high 14's in the quarter? theres a lot of weight in the gen. i think the 08+ wrx would inch away on the highway.



an older wrx w/ a 2.0 instead of the 2.5... might be an even go for the 2.0t gen on the highway. from a dig, drivers race.

The other week when I was heading home from work and heavily moded 2010+ STI walked me pretty good. We rolled from 50 to 100. I've got a stock GC 3.8 with an R2C CAI that's it. I knew it was no competition from the get go from the looks of his pillar gauges, exhaust, and the shear loudness of his BOV.

I think a WRX with limited mods(exhaust, intake), vs a 2.0 tuned + bolt ons will take the WRX from a roll.



From a dig.... fah-geta boutit! wrx will win.. atleast thats what i think
