Here's What The MTV VMAs Looked Like In 1995

Me too.
I feel like music is just dying. Especially rock. Now, no one can sing anymore without having their voices being digitally altered. And it seems like the ones that get altered the most make the hits. How is that fair to artists who CAN really sing? Why even bring the "artist" up on stage to accept the awards? You should really be bringing up the crew that altered their voice to make it tolerable.

It's not that music is dying, it's that pop music is killing the industry. There are still tons of great bands out there they just fail to garner the exposure of said yesteryear because people have lost interest in the art and prefer to hear the superficial rantings of an equivalent f*cking moron.
The best bands in the world imo had no front man, instead rely on the art of music. Take the singer away from pop and what you are left with is about 15 seconds of sound, typically sampled from good music, distorted and looped.

Make fun of Miley, Taylor, Katy and Gaga if you want, but I've heard them sing A capella and they actually sound good.
BTW, they totally need to give up the MTV awards. When was the last time MTV had anything to do with music? They're 100% Millenial reality TV now.
