First picture of Ryan Reynolds in his Deadpool costume
1 Attachment(s)
Ryan Reynolds posted a picture of himself in the Deadpool for the upcoming movie. To be honest the costume looks odd and that has to be the fact that it looks just like the comics which to be honest I don't think it fits well in a live action film. The white eyes kind of ruins it for me as well.
They work in cartoons and comics but not live action I mean it would be just like Batman in the Dark Knight films looking the same as the 90's animated version. Yeah the 90's Batman cartoon looked awesome but as live action it wouldn't feel right and that's how I fell about this picture of Deadpool. But what do you guys think? http://www.ew.com/article/2015/03/27...l-bearskin-rug Attachment 2909 |
I like it, can't wait to see this movie!

Literally the only superhero movie I've ever given any shits about.
|
^yup +1 for that

I like Ryan Reynolds in a LOT of movies, however........I think he ruined Green Lantern. That also seems to be the consensus. So why the hell are they using him in another comic movie? :chairhit:
|
It's not the first time he plays the character. Also, Chris Evans played the human torch and later captain america.
|
That's not what I was getting at. Chris Evans didn't ruin either of those movies.
|
I personally think the all white helps accentuate the facial expressions that he is known for. The eccentric nature of the character would be lost if it was left to the actor's natural eye expressions.
And... Batman only has two expressions: Angry and unconscious. |
