Fun and constantly expanding.
IMHO Telestrations is a hell of a lot more fun but more expensive and requires a decent amount of clean up. Though neither has ever failed to find enjoyment.

CAH is great.
I have the game plus all expansions plus the unofficial Crabs Adjust Humanity expansions. That fills the "Bigger Blacker Box" that CAH sells. If there are any more expansions I will have to buy a biggerer blackerer box or something.
You can also buy blank decks for writing your own cards, which I highly suggest.
