Someone local has a black one for sale. Stock turbo, 132,000 miles, no rust, clean interior, $1100. Owned by a little old man in his 70's. Original owner.

Check for rust around the 3/4 windows, windscreen, and the base of the wing mirrors. Obviously check for smoke, and maintenance records too.
