MY TUCSON Limited 2017 Shudder when accelerate and indecisive with gear change

Hi,
I am new to this group. Sorry if I posted in a wrong section.
I own Hyundai Tucson 2017 Limited 1.6T 2WD.
I have few questions.
1. The problem just started 2 months ago. When I accelerate I feel my car is shaking sometimes (often). Sometimes it's just small shaking but sometimes it's a lot. I drive Uber sometimes and my customers felt it. I went to service and told them that I have this problem, they said it is normal but at first it didn't.
2. Is it ok if I do sport mode all the time including in and out of the city.
3. Is it possible to change from dual clutch to normal clutch

The shaking may actually be normal, depending what is causing it. Your car is new enough that the transmission fluid should not be low (but check the fluid level anyway), the transmission filter should not be clogged, and the driveline should not be wearing out. For grins, make sure the lug nuts are tight and inspect the tires all the way around, for damage to the treads. If your car stinks a little when you get out, you could have a stuck brake caliper. If you can figure out how to make the car *always* shake, so that you can do it on cue, make an appointment and drive one of the service people around when you make it shake. They can't deny it is happening, then, and won't have an excuse for not knowing that it is happening.

Sport mode all the time should be ok

Changing the transmission may not be practicable but I'm not sure. I don't think it was offered with a manual transmission at all but I didn't search for very long to find that out. If it was offered for sale with a conventional automatic, it may not be compatible with your engine. Either way, to change the transmission would be a very big, expensive job, possibly involving not only the transmission but also the wiring, computers, and pedals.
