yeah i just tried it for the first time as well. it wouldn't let me steal 1000 or 1 only 10....

You have to have at least a few hundred in your RD Points area before you can steal big. If it's all in the bank, you can't steal.

how much is a few hundred?

i had 1 grand out and it would still only let me try to steal 10

Well, there is ONE other issue. The person you are STEALING from needs to have that amount you want to steal, NOT in the bank.
