Whos driven a 16 wheeler before?

I've always wanted to try and drive one of these things. From what I have read, they're not that difficult as long as make wide turns. The transmission is like any other car, except with more gears. Anyone on here driven one before?

Eighteen wheeler...

I work on them. It takes awhile to get used to driving them.

The transmissions are much different than car transmissions. If the RPM is isn't correct for the gear and speed you'll grind gears.

The only time you need to use the clutch pedal is when taking off. Also there's a clutch brake that's used to get into gear while the truck is stopped.
