So today in the shout box, the discussion of HDK Autosport KORE, Dan, Yuri (Batlord)'s tib, and CNK all came up.



In all of the years that you guys have been in the scene, what are some of your favorite, funniest, or even worst memories?



I'll start off in no particular order:



- CNK obviously stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars from Hyundai owners and nothing no one could do since they were in a different country

- Dan's "health problems" at KORE

- Batlord getting his Tib in 2F2F

- Alpine coming out with a supercharger, charging almost 5 grand for it, and people only getting a 10-15 horsepower increase

- The Alpine turbo on the other hand, was a great little kit when it came out at the same time however

- Jaws blowing up like 10 motors because he wasnt smart with nitrous

- The orgasm every RD2 owner had when Veilside announced their bodykit, hood, mirrors, and wing for a small fortune

- The rise in knock off bodykits, including Veilside

- Summer's RD1 tib....nuff said!

- The infamous Tibbychick and her selfie pic with the dildo in the background

- Red owning all of the GK guys and the whole 175+ hp V6 engine destruction fight

- The PR guys and their insane Accent builds

- The rise and utter destruction of HP

- The original HA.com

- Javageek starting RDT and the epic banning that Redzman used to get into

- Sam and Shark Racing being the first aftermarket company to offer stuff for RD's

- MHP Tuning being the first company to offer APC altezza style lights for RD2's, as well as cold air intakes

- The Random Special CAI owning every single intake on the market for only $10 worth of materials

- Revision A tibs and the rarity of them

- Guilty and his epic flames

- Team SR and it becoming a members only club

- People screaming and yelling that they didnt get their TSR membership stickers and numbers

- Eyescream and his endless n00b flaming at FxTreme

- Bry....the evil Aussie that flamed people mercilessly as well on FxTreme

- RDT thongs

- When I was known as 2KLo&Show and was the first person in the Hyundai scene to install an air suspension on their car

- Guilty was the 2nd person but the first to do a canti-lever airbag set up

- The kid who chopped the top off of his RD2 to make it a targa top, and then complained constantly that his handling went to crap

- MHP Tuning's reverse indiglow gauges

- Turby KSPEC sideskirts

- The war that Redzman had with KSPEC and Seoulful Racing

- Shark Z Fenders being like gold

- The infamous (and super rare) twin throttle body

- Rudy being the first person in the history of Accent owners to do a beta swap

I was about to mention Eyescream's flames. I got to enjoy them later on clubsi long after he left.



There weren't a whole lot of enjoyable memories that I know of due to everyone being broke as hell with no fast cars even with the potential of the Beta. Then, when people did spend some cash, they got screwed out of it.



I did however enjoy the Texas Tiburon meets where we had around 40 show up several years in a row.



After looking back, I also thought it was funny how much money people invested into building the best CAI. Lol. They could have bought a nitrous kit for how much time and money wasted.

That's who I bought the Quiafe from. I believe he was the first one to get it to work while it was labeled for Mitsu's.
