Troy Davis
So they're planning to execute Troy Davis who says he's innocent and a lot of the witnesses have recanted their testimony and he was denied the ability to take a polygraph test by a judge. Other than that, I don't know enough about the case to form an opinion myself.

There is a case that is happening right now about a beating of a college student. Despite good security video footage SHOWING the officers bashing the defenseless kid's brains in and cracking his skull open, none of the officers that beat the kid have been formally charged after two years and only 2 of them are probably going to get just a few years in prison.
The law is corrupt. Any good hard-working citizen can be thrown in jail with murderers and get treated like compete dirt and nothing can be done. Not even the help of the Pope, FBI director, even all of the witness' can't help. It's sad.
