trade for 3g?
maybe im just rambling but Im really giving serious consideration about trading in my '00 elantra for a 3G shark. the question has probably been asked... but would I be better off with the 4 cyclinder tib or the v6? I mean insurance-wise as well as performance. I figure that the 1 or 2gs I save not buying the v6 can cover a portion of a future turbo kit. just a college kid... just wondering what ya'll think... just need opinions - no haters.

The elantra is cheaper insurance. The I4 has more potential if you go turbo. The V6 has more Potenial if you wanna stay N/A.
The rest is up to you. Which car do you LOVE? If you don't love the elantra...don't keep it. If you don't love the Gen3...don't get it.

Just get yourself a 01-03 Elantra... then you get a new car, but still a good car, and still a beta engine to trubo or supercharge (Alpine)... and the insurance will be almost the same...
