Things you do every night before bed.
Anyone have any nightly rituals they do before bed?
- Do 100 crunches
- Shower
- Brush teeth
- Brush hair
- Get in bed and watch tv until I fall asleep
Not the most fun rituals but its the same exact thing every single night. smile.gif
