First problem is, don't click unsubscribe. It verifies your email address and they sell it to more folks. I've gotten rid of most of the spam I get now. Use a Gmail account or a Yahoo mail account, the spam control works pretty well.

Just "block" any addresses sending unwanted mail or mark them as being "spam" & it should automatically block them for you.
