in UA you have +inf above the limit, as long as your car is faster than the cops car.. lmao.gif lmao.gif
when i had my ticket from that kind of radar, i stated in the court that i had a car flying infront of me, that car flew infront of me, and obviously, it was moving faster, so by the moment when i was passing the camera, i got pictured... lmao.gif

citation was dismissed....and he got me another one for driving too slow.. lmao.gif 15$ fine.

Seriously, I'd try that if I were you. They can't prove it did or didn't happen..

hey skier...

you should dispute it, it's worth it... sometimes, they don't even bother if it's only a small amount and you'll get off easy

this is what you do:

write back to them and tell them there's some mistake. they'll either lower the fine or waiver it. if they reply to you saying you have no choice than go to court.

can you see yourself in the picture? if you can't then it's real easy because how can they know that it was you driving the car? You could always say that someone else was driving

See, this is why we can't have tinting in NJ (BASTARDS!!!). I can't believe you got pulled over for THAT. I mean, going say 40 in a 25mph residential area is one thing. It's a safety hazard. But if you're on a bigger road or a highway, there is no big deal. This is dumb though. One time, my boyfriend and I were speeding up to north Jersey to see my grandmother in the hospital. She called 911 to come and get her since she had a stroke, and there was NO ONE to go and help her (my only family up near here was on vacation in Florida, and my parents were working down here). So we were going 72 in a 60 since we were panicking and in a rush. A cop pulled us over and DID NOT CARE about our emergency. I even told him the specifics of what hospital she was in, her name, etc. He said "If it was that much of an emergency, you would have been there when it happened." Dude, are you kidding me? We wound up just paying the fine, and continuing to speed up there. I'm sorry, but some cops need compassion in certain situations. And only 12mph over the speed limit on a highway?! Duh people.

that doesnt work. you're still liable for what happens in your vehicle regardless of who's driving it.
