Believe or not, I think so based on my example.

Shark Racing sold me a pulley set. The set arrived from Korea within 5 business days, and the build quality was excellent (not what I was told). However, the Power Steering pulley was not meant for a splined pump, which is what I have. It is smooth, round (and for sale).

In exchange, Shark Racing are sending me a set of Carbon Fiber Racing Pedals at no cost and allowing me to keep the pulley.

Not many retailers do this. Esp. not from Korea.

I realize many have had bad experiences. I think I'm going to give these folks another try and get the apache turn signals soon.

That seems to be their M.O. Either they really screw you or they go out of their way to way to satisfy you. I can't speak from personal experience, but I did tons of research on the forums when I was looking at geting some stuff from them. I personally wouldn't order from any company that didn't have a really high c.s. rating. Like 90-100%.

Considering the pedals probably cost them less than the correct pulleys, it's not really any good.

Not to mention, HOW long has this taken to fix now?

Still lots of complaints all over the web, CURRENTLY, about both of them.

When you say both of them, you mean?

I hope not for the pedals. I really like those pedals.

I still order stuff from Shark Racing every so often. No problems with them in the past couple years. It all depends on if they have the product on hand or not. Sometimes when they have to special order something, it can get lost. Seems like that's the main problem people have is when its a special product. However, I've had to order two of the Cuda C1 Kit Fog lamps twice from Shark Racing and both times I got it within a week.
