Hell, I would let those chicks exercise on me, no need to buy any fancy equipment.

It might somewhat work, but it isn't running your arm through it's full range of motion so your muscles will build funny. Overall it's thumbs down for anything except for suggestiveness.

That aint doing nothing but makeing me horny watching them "shake the weight"
