MMA fighter Ronda Rousey is taking a different training method. Rousey, widely considered the No. 1 pound-for-pound female fighter in the world, was asked by Jim Rome how long a fighter should abstain before a bout. "For girls, it raises your testosterone, so I try to have as much sex as possible before I fight," she said. Rousey quickly clarified that her training regimen depends on whether she has a steady boyfriend or not. "I don't put out Craigslist ads or anything," she said.
