Hey ok so the remote went out on my alarm and I replaced the battery in it and the light is always on. Its probably messed up because it went through the wash when I left it in my pockets OOPS!
But it got worse and worse soon after that. So now I think I need a new one. So do I just go to a Hyundai dealership and get a new one or what?

If it's a stock unit, I don't see why the dealer can't fix it. Of course.. it IS going to the dealer. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too hard to get another unit off ebay or somewhere and program it yourself. I could be wrong tho.

Nvm I got it to work. All I had to do was mess with the battery and the two little things holding it in. Thanks anyways

Is the best thing that you can do.... or even better, get a real car alarm.... maybe with a LCD pager.... On this crazy times that we live, nobody cares if the alarm of your car is activated.... only you..... sad.gif sad.gif
