About a year ago at the shop I used to work at,the janitor had a similar thing happen to him. The police came to his house and served him with papers for not returning teenage ninja turtles, batman and about 5 other kiddie VHS tapes back in 2000-2001 or so. Apparently he answered the door in a batman shirt and the cop had trouble controlling his laughter. The Janitor was a 40-50 year old kinda slow/comic book nerd/creep that didn't have children. His nickname was "Uncle Touchy".
