Hungarian artist Gergely Dudas posted the picture on his Facebook page. Supposedly people are furious that they can't find it. Took me about 30 seconds to find it.

Found it immediately. Most people don't see it because they're looking for a black and white Panda. The snowmen all have black and white, making it hard to find. The key is to look for what's missing... the orange carrot.

Took me about 40 seconds on each. I like these! They remind me of one of my favorite books when I was young! Loved those where's Waldo illustrations!

 

A few seconds, didn't set a timer. Pretty easy to spot.
