Ok I just signed up for PayPal and added my debit card as my primary card. Do I have to transfer funds to PayPal THEN the person Im paying or can I do it by sending the money through PayPal straight from my debit car to the seller? Sorry for the newb questions but Ive never used paypal before and thats all ARKSPEEDRACING.COM will take 02.gif Oh and how do you make sure you dont spend money you don't have on the debit card? Does PayPal check the balance before they complete the transaction? THNX

Ok, you can send money from your debit card to another seller on paypal. I dont believe paypal checks your balances before you pay..not 100% sure. They might. If I were you Id just check the balance on the card before you decide to pay for something.

I believe they only charge you fees if you receive money or are transferring money to someone elses account.
