Anyone in the NY/NJ area know a good shop to do a clutch/flywheel job? I'm in Rockland County. I called a couple places but they'll only use OEM parts that they provide. The dealer wants my first born. I have a '03 Elantra. Are there any members who can do this job, with an Elantra Shop Manual, with my help? I will pay. If not, I'd like to go to a shop where another member has had a good experience. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

 

there are a bunch of people around that area that im sure would be willing to give you a hand. im sure some will reply, just gotta wait for a weekday.

 

Stoney point is a bit of a drive for me.. but it is doable.. if you can wait until the end of the month. Get a couple of us together, and we can probably knock this out in a couple of hours.

 

Like anyone, I want it in ASAP but I'll wait if I have to. Mad Machine, I'll meet you half way or even drive down to you if you can help. It shouldn't be much different than a Tib, we use the same clutch.
