Hey all, I need some help, I put down a deposite for a brand new red 2004 SE auto tiburon. I'm getting it for $25,245 canadian incl. freight tax. Do you guys think it's a good deal?

0% 48months.

Now both my gf and I will have a Tib!

What options does it have? I don't want the package # because then I have to go research it... I mean Sunroof, i4, v6, leather, etc.

Ouch, hope the payments don't kill you mang. $25 K in 2 years?

majik 04-26-2004 11:23 PM

I checked on www.x-rates.com and the price he gave was $18,618 in USD. That really isn't bad for an 04 Tib. I would like to know the options it has though.

And REDZ... it might be no interest for the first 48 months... a promotional thing from Hyundai

it's 0% 48months, that's 4 years...
canadian SE model comes with cloth, i4, auto+shiftronic, sunroof, AC, heated seats, abs, factory alarm, no spoiler, 16" rims with all season tires... that's about all i think

majik 04-26-2004 11:46 PM

BAH! MORE OWNAGE! 48 months = 4 years REDZ... poor poor boy... can't even do simple math...

As for the price, I think that's a good price for leather, ABS, heated seats, and alarm. I'd get a spoiler, although it isn't like the 2nd gens that require one to look decent. I think it's a pretty good price. I'd get it

that reminds me so much of the studdering kid scene in billy madison lol.gif

anyway, 18618 sounds about right.

Thats not too bad. It is already $400 cheaper than the list price + GST. Shipping usually runs around $500-$750 & most dealers charge $100-$200 admin fees. Overall it looks like a pretty good price.

Dealer's gonna call tomorrow morning, we'll see how things go.
