I'd loose to much yard if I went for a 2 car garage, beside the house I'm in now has a 2 car and the cars still get left out. Man I need to get rid of some shite.
That pic is from a week ago, and the bricks are getting layed now so I'll have to take more pics.

and i agree on the larger garage, but if you look he cant as the houses are right next to each other...

Nice have fun with that. Oh and swing by the guys that are framing your house with a case of beer! Trust me ive been building houses for 8years now, an when they bring beer for my crew we always go the extra mile for quality
