Someone who broke into a truck OUTSIDE the home and tried to steal a radio while being unarmed except for a pocket knife which he never took out and he had to chase him a block to catch him????!?! Murder in my opinion.

I am completely fine with this.

Thieves caught in the act at my place won't ever steal anything again. Guaranteed.



Self defense? Possibly. He is well within his right to chase down and detain the person he witnessed committing a felony, and if the suspect was putting up a fight to the point that the truck's owner feared for his life, totally self defense.



Regardless, good riddance to bad rubbish. If I found the people who have broken into my cars over the years even now they would disappear.

2 minds really. i don't know if dude threaten him to act to stabbing him to death or weather he was struggling to just run away.

We should take the money it would have cost to house the fool and put him through the legal system for the rest of his life, and instead give it to this guy as a reward for taking out the trash.
