Leaf Blowers Add Horsepower

i believe it would work, but you also have to take into consideration, even with the reg fans pushing air at a dyno it wont be same as all the air coming in at 60+ mph, which i think a leaf blower would be around the same if not less than a 40mph wind.. think about that.. it would then become a restriction
Since when does air enter the intake manifold at 40mph? If it did, I am certain the filter would shread and the Intake tempeture sender would get blown out of the hole it is grommeted into.

i think the gas one would work, dont see why not, you would just have to worry about the exhaust on that not burning anything or mixing with the air your trying to force in.
another ghetto rig ithought about before, it has probably been covered, but what about an air compressor that has been preloaded with say 90psi and then is used intermittently like nitrous, as far as i can tell you would just have to make sure the inlet is infront of the MAF and that the air wont just go out the filter. just a thought i had, it made sense logically but there is prolly something fundamentally wrong with it.
