NOT ONCE! What's all the hoopla about? Is it really that good of a show? I hear there's lots of sex and incest.

Whether it's a good show or not depends on what you like. If you like swords, dragons and boobs, yes... It's a good show. If that's not your thing, you'll probably be bored.

I started watching the other day. Got through season 1 and the first couple episodes of 2. It's good, but not outstanding. There's a lot of talk going on with the occasional swift throw of a sword. There were no really good sword fights that I could recall. The occasional porn is just mediocre. I was a little bored halfway through the season, but it did pick up my attention more in the end. Just like LOTR, it was hard picking up on all the names and places for quite a while.

Well, it took 2.5 weeks and I'm all caught up. It was just enough to keep my attention. It wasn't until the 6th or 7th season that things really got good for me and seems as if it's all coming together. This is really a weird show in that every season is only a fraction of the story. If for whatever reason they cancelled the show around season 2-5, you'd be royally screwed out of the ending. They'd have to dedicate the season into cramming in some sort of conclusion.
I don't think there was a single episode where there wasn't tits or full frontal.
I heard season 8 will be the final season. I'm so glad I binge-watched this. If I had to sit through 1 sloooow episode per week, I probably would have stopped watching. Even now, I'm dreading having to wait for the rest.

I got rid of cable and am now watching a Firestick with Kodi on it. A friend set me up with it so I don't really know how it all works. lol
