have any of you heard of Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai?

i booked for my birthday, march, next year and its a little expensive, but i'm gonna go out in style next year. $2,435.00 a night, but i get a personal chauffeur and a rolls royce.

I saw that hotel on TV a couple of weeks ago. I forgot the name of the program or what it said about it, but it sure looks nice. Take pics!

where is Dubai? Weren't you selling the Tib at one time for financial reasons? I must have you confused with someone else...

eh..i got rid of the tib, then got tired of the expedition so i got rid of it. it was too big. so i bought an explorer.
a friend of mine who i made a lot of money for offered me this trip, and after checking the hotel out, i couldnt turn it down.

the only bad thing is..dubai is north of saudi arabia and around dubai, people arent too friendly towards americans...but whatever. it looks like fun.

who's that redheaded chick from the 70's show? i forget her name....there's a rumor that she might be at that hotel for her birthday...don't know if i hold much grain to that rumor considering the source, but her birthday IS the same exact day, month, and year as mine...so who knows.


majik, i was thinking about getting rid of the tib because i got tired of it and because it would have implicated me doing something somewhere that would put me in a bad situation.
