It worked fine for me

It says the site requirement is:
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP
Adobe Acrobat Reader
Adobe SVG Viewer

So I don't know if you have these, but maybe that's the reason?

guys. we just lost the greatest site ever

www.hmaservice.com/webtech apparently no longer gives the info for the public....

it requires a log in, and to get an account, you have to work w/ a dealership or somethin. check it out for yourself

It still works for the general public. I've got a dealership login, trust me, you're not missing much.
By the time the info makes it to the dealer only portion of the website, it's already been in the public domain for 3-6 months...
