Well, I'm starting a karaoke and dj biz, but can't settle on a name. What do you guys think? Please make some suggestions to other possible names. fing02.gif

 

i say the kudos one, because its a word people are familiar with, and the alliteration with the first two words will help people remember.

 

At first, I liked the star struck name but by the name people wouldnt know if it was a karaoke place, esp. if they were looking it up online.

So I agree with Alex, the kudos one is catchy.

 

how about "purpletib the one man band"? wink1.gif

Just find a cool word + Dj and karaoke

like Optimum Dj and Karaoke
Liquid DJ and Karaoke

That works too. Same concept really. I kinda like Shooting Star, cuz then I could have a theme song, lol. "Don't you know that you are a shooting star? Don't you know?"

 

I'll hasve to agree with Alex. That might get popular, kind of like google or ipod... short and sweet. cool stuff man.

 

I like Kudos Karaoke myself, but I'm on a karaoke forum and they suggested NOT having karaoke in the name becuase I would be typecast and loose out on dj gigs. I would say that the general public opinion is more important, as karaoke will be my main focus, even though it pays much less and is more work than just dj-ing.
