I'm looking into refinancing from a 30yr to 15yr. I currently have an FHA loan, but I'm concerned about the appraisal not being sufficient to get the loan. I'm only a few years into my 30yr, but with my calculations on what I'll be adding to the 15yr after I refi, I'll pay the house off in 10 years and save over $200k on interest over 30yrs.
