FLAME ABOUT SHARK RACING!!!!!!!!

If anyone doesn't know, I have recently changed my nick from Fast.Shark. So, im sure you know I dont Flame for no reason.
As most of you all know, I had an accident on 10.08.02 with my 00 Tiburon Here's a link . so I had contact a few HIGHLY respected people via instant messenger and other messenger services and asked there advise on how the best/fastest way to get a copy of a reciept for my: 4-1 headers, clear corners and Cuda kit. the only reciept I had ever gotten from SR was for the Cuda kit. And when I faxed over the print out of this to the other persons insurance company....they wanted to see "an offical reciept" for it. Not an "invoice" that anyone could make with no skills within MS Word. or Notepad for that sake. I had followed the advise per these people to get the above completed. I ended up emailing the normal people as well as a few other's involved with SR. Nothing. I waited. Nothing. I IM Bradley and was told that if an email was sent that Sam would take care of it....more time passes. I emailed out a few more requested and cc'd a few more people...ONLY one person came back with some suggestions. So I ended up speaking with bradley on this topic on Thursday..and he said with SEMA coming up, that the request wouldn't be filled until after the show..(wait a minute, I spent over $2,000.00 on these items alone) that it would be quicker if I just created a reciept (I suggested that..due to the long wait..and he agreeded that it was a good idea). THAT IS BS! Why din't anyone handle this request? All in all these are the items I've purchased from SR: BBTB, front/rear strut bar, short shifter, clear corners, membership, 4-1 headers. And I cant even get a damn copy of a few reciepts so I can get the $$$ back from his insurance. And I also got one of those "automated replies" about 1 week after my first email was sent. Which if that is there email automation system, then it seems to fit there customer service. The reason for this post is not to so much speak badly of SR (judge for your self) it's just to bring to light what all I have purchased and still get treated like ****. I have tried to hold my toungue about this, but this is just plain CRAP! So now let see if I get the copies or not? As this post should not reflect me getting them or not. And ALL keep in mind that Bradley said that "it would be taken care of by Sam". Is it me or does it seem like people try to hide behind people in other countries? Bradley being a main person for SR/TSR im sure can handle this VERY SIMPLE request ( and also was told he could by a certain someone) ...but opt's not to. Why is that? I'm sure this will be deleted faily soon, but anyone who is interested in the outcome, just email me @ mthompsonhsd@earthlink.net and i'll share the out come of this. I will also be starting to send out one email a day (per my automated email system) to customerservice until I get my reciepts. As this may seem VERY small to some and not valid of a flame....I may end up loosing close to $1,200.00 just becuase SR cant create a professional reciept and/or include a reciept with a logo/street address/contact information.
Bradley/theINVISIABLEman/Sam/Elizabeth/CasperTHEghost (whoever)...........Now can I get my reciepts for the items I purchased?
P.S It is illegal to create FALSE documents and then try to turn them into an insurance company ALSO.

ya sr is a *, my wife is a paid member but they still wont give her access to the members board she has reregistered 3 times still no access emailed customer service no less than 5 times they tell us we have to be paid members and of course we are she even sent the reciept for the membership fee still no access i dont know if they just have their heads so far up their *or they are just *lazy it would be nice to get what you pay for.we tried to register again sat said we could not use tibbie892 been using that over a year we used it a couple a weeks ago to register and it worked BUT THEY WONT SEND A * PASS WORD if someone can help thank you tibbie892 tsr#0239 kim vitkus

No company flaming is allowed. Flaming too often becomes a "jump on the bandwagon" type post.
If you have a valid complaint with SR, or any company, take it up with them.
If you feel your complaint is not being address by that company, in SR's Case, you can either post it on the TSR forums, or here in the Shark Racing Subforu.
The TSR forums would be the more appropriate place for a TSR member to post, non TSR members should post on this board in the Shark Racing sub-Forum.
However, if you wish to type up your list of complaints in a business style letter, you may post them in the SR forum for SR to respond.
I would include....
Date of the accident.
Date you first requested a reciept from SR
Date of all e-mails sent TO SR
Date of all e-mail sent FROM SR.
State what you are looking for (a receipt or a reply with an exact ETA for a reciept).
Please try to keep the posting in a business letter format (detached and facts only).
If you "flame" SR, you only incite bad feeling from SR towards you, decreasing the chance of them selling to you in the future, or them working with you now on this request. By attempting to work on this matter in a professional and business like way, you have a chance at seeking resolution.
