I would say almost 3/4 of all my online shopping is on ebay. I'm never in a rush to get my stuff so amazon prime doesnt mean much to me and if I do need something in a rush I'll get it somewhere local at a retail store.

ebay.
paypal managed to get me a refund for a no-show.
I actually use Polish sites now, get everything for a quarter of the cost.

Ebay mostly. The protection seems to work well as I've now used it a few times for inaccurate purchases.
Lately, I've been buying movies new or used, with a digital copy code included. A lot of these sellers seem to be retailers that push a lot of movies through. Even though they state they include the digital code, sometimes they don't know whether or not the code has already been used. Out of a dozen purchases, so far 2 of them sold me a worthless digital copy code or no code. Even after I asked them directly about it. In addition, both parties gave me a bit of hassle to return the item accusing me of lying even with my perfect feedback of 486+. That ticks me off!
