PORT RICHEY — Just after 3 a.m. Tuesday, a 22-year-old man decided to move out of his girlfriend's condo on Frontier Trail. As he packed boxes, he heard a thud. Authorities say his girlfriend threw his 47-inch LCD television to the ground, cracking the screen.

That was the first casualty. Maryann Grace Down, a 22-year-old who listed her job as a "dancer" at 2001 Odyssey in Tampa, then began launching her boyfriend's belongings out the apartment to the pavement below, a report states.

A custom-built computer tower, worth $1,200. A home theater system, $400. "Numerous other items," the report states.

Then she hurled paint can onto his 1994 Nissan sedan, cracking the windshield, spraying paint on the car and the one next to it, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Someone called 911.

Deputy Joseph Zoccoli, 29, knocked on the apartment door on Frontier Trail.

"What's going on here tonight?" he asked Down.

"I broke his (stuff)," Down said, according to a report.

He asked her to elaborate.

"I broke all his (stuff)," she said.

Down was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. She is being held at the Pasco County jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
