No, the link is to a car parts site that has a brake dust sheild listed to fit the '99 Tiburon, but in the description and picture they say "This 5-lug brake dust sheild will help to reduce the amount of dust accumulation on your Tiburon", or something along those lines.

OK, its not as funny with out the link so forget it. "Damn dirty link"
