I haven't heard a word. I went ahead and DIY'ed my current cowl with some ajax, hot water, and a stiff brush. After it dried in the sun, I used a can of Duplicolor Black Vinyl & Fabric Paint, about 6 coats. Looks better then new.

I'm gonna do that too. guys what's the matter with this? has it come down to the point where all faith has been lost? i've put down $120 for that and i don't even know if i'm ever goping to see that ever again...

it's not that i don't have trust, but if i knew it would have been one year later or more i would have just painted my cowl to begin with and used that $120 towards my throttle body that i don't have now...

i have no idea what's going to go on from here. i really don't.

Yeah, I don't think the paint I had would have worked for that, but I'm gonna do it. Or get them powdercoated, I've got an extra set.

The only thing you need to worry about when painting the wiper arms is rust...I got a couple of stone chips after I painted mine and its starting to rust there.

Damn well Im glad I didnt get on the group buy then, that sucks.
