Cell Phone Service
rather than go through the hassle of switching service why don't you just figure out why the hell your phone bill is 200 dollars a month? that doesn't make any sense at all. call them up and b**** at them.
then switch to a plan that includes all the extra stuff for like 75 bucks.

Tibby01, we are in the process of disputing our charges but the breakdown is they always seem to find some BS charges or make up some fees and we are always suprised by our bills.
We try and argue the hell out of them and some times we win and sometimes we cant fight the stupid charges and they win; but the point is this is a continuous problem that we dont feel we should have to put up with every month.
I had cingular for the longest time and i never had real suprising bills, maybe a couple times i saw an extra 10 or 20 over because i went over on minutes or something but never an extra $150 worth of charges
The only problem i had was while i was in school i was using my phone in an area where they had to "borrow" another carrier's tower and they were losing money (because they had to pay the other carrier for the privelage) so they tried to cancel my contract, I ended up arguing with them and they agreed to not cancel my service.
Service with Cingular was fine tho (in my area), verizon may have had a bar more than me but nothing serious.

My wife works for T-Mobile, we've been using them for about 4 years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The new Hotspot @ Home is VERY VERY NICE.
Get this, you come into your house, you have a wireless router, and your phone starts using that as a cell tower. Any calls made or INITIATED while on your home tower, are FREE.
Also, if you want, I can probably give you a special code/phone number to call that will get you some "Family" discounts on T-Mobile stuff.
Oh, lastly, their 3G will be launching soon, and they are supposed to be offering high speed wireless internet for the HOME soon too.

But get this, the crazy part about it is ANY T-MOBILE hotspot will work with it too. Go to Starbucks? Hotspot = Free calls. At the airport or mall and have a T-Mobile Hotspot? Free.
